In a blender cup of some sort:
- Add a fresh cup of hot black coffee.
- Add 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil (I prefer unrefined), MCT oil, or unsalted butter.
- Add 1 square of 100% cacao (baker’s chocolate of some type)
- Add as much heavy cream as you want (1/4 cup or more).
- Add sugar-free sweetener to taste
- Blend with stick/immersion blender or whatever method you have available until well emulsified.
You may have to microwave it a little to bring it back to heat. Enjoy!
